La Costa Apartments

It's a good value but...... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/21/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I have lived here for 1 year now. For the price ($675 1 bedroom), my apartment with a garage and w/d is pretty cheap for Plano. BUT the w/d are very old, and it takes me about 3 hours to dry my clothes. The management is horrible about getting anything fixed. I heard they have fired the old mgt but havent stop by the office to verify. The door and walls must be thin around here because I can hear my neighbors close their kitchen cabinet doors, and when they are rudely talking while smoking outside the front door. The value, garage, and location is about the only thing I like about this apartment. The apt is okay but kind of old. One of my neighbor had a few leaks in his ceiling when it rained! :eek:
