I, like many people that read these reviews, can sometimes have to learn for themselves. I read the reviews on here but I felt as though some may have been somewhat harsh. It's my first apartment and after I graduated from college, I wanted to venture out ono my own. Well, take heed! Like one of the reviewers stated they're cheap for a reason. There are rodent problems, grounds are not kept up, walls are thin, maintenence is lazy, and did I mention rodents'' I'm living the nightmare. I've been here for 6 1/2 months and have 7 months to go. I dread going home. In fact, I rarely go home. I stay most of the time at my parent's house. The mgmt' They're ok but what can they do' The only thing they want to do is move me to another apartment' But why' I will have the same problems. There are some senior condos going up across the street and boy would i like to live there instead of here! Keep your money and go some where else. Take it from me, its not cheap for nothing!

I was supposed to move in on Jan. 11th but backed out before signing my lease because I had a gut feeling...when the leaser showed me the apartment grounds i saw trash bags in the roads in there..looked trashy....BUT IT HAD A GARAGE! and Verizon Fios..I ended up moving into Waters Edge and love it so far
