I have lived here for over 5 years. It is a nice quiet community, I love my garage, and the rent is reasonable. I will be signing another lease. Management has gotten better, maintenance sometimes is a little slow, but they do take care of all problems. When I moved in, washer and dryer were included in each apartment, now you have to rent them. It would be nice to have a place on the property where you could do laundry. My latest neighboor is a little noisy, I have complained several times and they told they are contacting them, but I can't tell, because he keeps vibrating my floors. To bad you can't pick your neighboors (haaaaaaaaaaaa). Also a nice addition over the last year is The Cares Team. When I 1st moved here there were no activities in the office for the residents. That has changed, it is nice to have events where the children can come and have fun and you can mingle with other residents.
