Unfortunately it's just human nature to write in and comment on something only when someone's had a negative experience. I've had quite an enjoyable experience here. Actually the best experience I've had at any apartment complex in DFW. The floor plans are well designed for maximum privacy and having a garage is a real plus. The grounds and the building exteriors are well maintained. Have there ever been any minor maintenance issues' Sure,this is an apartment. The important thing is how well any needs or requests are handled. The La Costa maintenance team is without a doubt amazing. Whether it's an air-conditioning issue at 11:30 PM or any thing else, the guys have always been prompt and knowledgeable. I've never had any problems with management but I've got to say that that the current team is the best ever. Hats off to Tanya! To conclude, this is a great place to live. I think I'm qualified to comment. I've lived here for nine years.
