I have lived at two other apartment complexes in the Far North Dallas/Plano area, and I have checked out a countless number more during the last three years. After doing so, I can honestly say I have not seen a better place to live, overall, than La Ventura. Parking is ample, the staff is attentive and polite, and you?ve got tons of amenities.



To name a few: Indoor 1/2 court basketball court (which, unfortunately, is usually being used), an awesome workout center, a beautiful pool and courtyard area, a really nice clubhouse complete with fountains, and a free carwash and vaccuum that are actually functional!



The best part of the property, however, is that it is 21 AND UP!!! No punk 18-20 year olds living here who have lived with mommy and daddy forever before moving out the first time. All of the parties are around the pool (and are usually sponsored by the apartments), so I?ve never heard a peep. There are a few families here, no doubt attracted by the elementary school across the street, but the kids are well behaved and watched dilligently by their parents at all times. In other words, the kids that are here are no problem at all to anyone.



Every unit gets one covered parking spot, and there are lots of empty uncovered ones around. I?ve never had a maintinence issue, but I?m sure the staff is quick to act on them. The grounds are beautifully maintained; flowers and color are everywhere.



There are houses right across the street (Willow Bend Area) selling for upwards of $1 Million, so these are in a great area. Surprisingly, they really aren?t too expensive..they do a lot of great specials.



Do yourself a favor; check out these apartments. I?m leaving because I?m buying a house, but I?d have no problem living here as long as I needed to. This place is great and everything you need is nearby (Park/Preston intersection is less than 1 min away). RENT AT LA VENTURA AND YOU WON?T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
