I have lived at La Ventura for over 2 years. I am about to move out and I am actually very sad about leaving. My experiences here have been nothing but positive. The management is very nice and accomodating. My maintenance requests were always completed within a reasonable period of time. Yes, the complex was in the process of repainting for quite some time, but look at the size of the complex. And I think it looks great finished. I am a single woman living alone and I have always felt very safe. I did notice the pool furniture looked worn out, but it was replaced in no time. The courtyard next to the pool is beautifully landscaped. I have really enjoyed living here and have actually been proud to show it off to friends and family who have come to visit.
