PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005   The management staff is unresponsive; constantly finding new reasons to enter the apartments of the residents (lately, averaging one time per month - a complete nightmare if you have pets or prefer your privacy); residents park in the assigned spaces of other residents and management and courtesy staff are non-responsive; lightbulbs burn out in the building walkways (staff does not walk the property checking for these - seem to depend upon the residents to notify them); recently took nearly 3 months to paint the property; management staff notifes you that your buidling is due today and to remove all your belongings from the patio and then delays moving forward for 7 weeks (it's a real pleasure having your grill and patio furniture in the living room); paint spills in the parking lot; now wanting your doors left open so they can paint the 1/4 portion by the weather stripping that the sprayer didn't get; the list with this complex is endless...
