I've lived in my apt for coming up on a year (april 17th) and do not have one complain the entire time Ive been here. The staff is VERY courteous and always willing to help when they can and go out of their way to make me feel like not just another tenant. If something does go wrong maintenance wise Ive never had to wait more than a day to get it fixed. And like some other places Ive rented from the maintenance man doesnt seem put out to have to fix something which is pleasant. I love the feel of this place as it is a good mix of young and old but everyone has respect for one another and I have to have the need to call and complain about another tenant being to loud as its a pretty quiet community. Regrettably I have to leave not by my own choice but because of a job or I would have no problem signing an extended lease and I highly recommend this to anyone. And the no cost car wash is a very nice bonus for me :)
