La Ventura aots is a ery nice place to live in. The price is very cheap for a 75093 zip-code apt. Imagine what having million dollar homes in front of this apartment will do to its saftey - definitely makes it better. The has been very professional and really welcoming whenever you talk with them. I've lived here for about 8 months now, but unfortunately I have to move since my wife and I are having a baby- but i'd definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.
