Nice Property With Ongoing Issues: Parking Issues, Loud Residents and Stolen Mail

The property itself has been upgraded and is very nice and well maintained. There continue to be a few ongoing issues that do not get addressed by the office with the residents and/or their guests and one issue that they could not prevent but it has become a complete nightmare for affected residents. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone until the managers get better involved.
(1) Either the tenants or their guests park in the designated covered parking that is assigned to other residents. It's not short term run-in run-out either; they are there all night. We must park out of sight from the breeze way when this occurs, which happens more that you'd think, even in the middle of the afternoon when people are at work - other residents and their guests help themselves.
(2) The residents on the 2nd and 3rd floors do not take into account that people live beneath them. They make so much noise at the worst of hours, they sweep trash off the patio onto the ones below, etc. It sounds like a wrestling group bouncing off the walls and what are you going to do - call the office' It occurs at 9, 10, 11 oclock at night - they're not going to respond at that hour. Seriously.
(3) There has been a situation with the mail box kiosk being broken into over several months earlier this year and in the summer. La Ventura residents alone had mail stolen, stolen checks forged and cashed, and credit cards taken. My neightbor was affected and was told by the Postal Inspector that something like 70 people who live at La Ventura are victims! They are involved because it is a federal offense. One person was arrested but its a much bigger identity theft ring. The managers couldn't control this occurance, but it still happened to their residents and they've never mentioned it - I hear it from my friend who live here.
I'd like to see the management office take a more active roll in communicating with those of us who live here, rather than hide from giving us updates. Put a note in your monthly newsletter or a notice on the door that they can't park in our spaces. And if they do charge them a fine or something - BUT DO SOMETHING. SAY SOMETHING. When you hear it from your neighbors they are very frusterated and you are just thankful its them not you having the problems, but you know your number is up some time. Too much happens and then you start having more problems than just inconsiderate loud people living at La Ventura. Most people are ok, but the rotten ones spoil it for the rest of us.
But other than these 3 things, La Ventura is ok and nice.
