La Ventura

Perfect for me! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I was a resident at La Ventura for 3 yrs (I'm moving since I just recently married and got a house) and had a truly great experience at this complex. They have an extremely professional staff (especially Megan since I've dealt primarily with her since the beginning) that took care of issues in a prompt and timely manner. For instance, noisy neighbors, they REALLY don't tolerate other residents disturbing the peace. I had a noisy neighbor and after a few complaints, management spoke with her and then she was quiet as a mouse. Also the neighborhood is perfect, you are next to million dollar homes, which makes for a great running/walking area. And, to be within walking distance of Barnes & Noble, Starbucks, Whole Foods, and tons of great shopping is fantastic!! Oh, and the covered parking is pretty great too. I am very sad to be leaving La Ventura since it was so perfect for me.
