I love this place!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2008
 
I've lived at La Ventura for several years now and have never had any problems with the management or the maintenance staff. Any needs I had were met in a timely manner - at my convenience, not theirs; they have worked with me around the number of storage units I have; and have always been friendly to me.
