While I must admit, these aren't necessarily things the staff here can do anything about, they are still MAJOR issues that any potential residents should know about. We have lived here 10 months now and are seriously thinking about moving. The staff has been fine, but living here has been a test of nerves. Our neighbors cook often with lots of spices an onions and our apartment ALWAYS has a constant lingering smell of it. This is due to the poor construction used when building these units. The same shoddy construction methods lead to the constant NOISE that will bombard anyone living here. I am not talking about typical issues, I am talking about conversations your neighbors are having at normal volume, closing cabinets, TV, music and when our neighbors walk, it is as if they are stomping about. The walking even applies to the neigbors NEXT door, not only the ones above us! If you live here, DO NOT have conversations about anything you wouldn't want others to hear in your bathrooms. Every sound passes right on into the other apartments. It really is as if the walls between the units are made of cardboard. Please be warned.. the apartments look great on the outside, but it is a thin shell covering a very SMELLY and NOISY environment. I wouldn't outright NOT recommend these apartments to people, I would just make known the serious issues they have.

I agree. Looks great but terrible noise pollution from other units and the smell from food cooking was enough to make us want to throw up. I would change your ratings and certainly not recommend that place.
