at first i loved living here. then reality began to set in. the office staff had a clique and if you weren't in that, you were looked down upon and made to feel like you didn't belong. when i was forced to move out due to size issues, i asked alyssa to come take a look at my apt before i moved out to see if there were any issues that i needed to take care of. she assured me everything was fine. i told her i was going to get a professional carpet cleaner in to clean the carpets and she was ADAMENT that it wasn't necessary, they had to clean the carpets anyway. after i moved out, i received a bill for over $700 to replace the carpet. there were literally TWO stains on that carpet and when i called her, she told me they couldn't patch the carpet so they had to replace the entire apartment. what a freakin nightmare that became for me for the next couple of years! alyssa, you really taught me a hard lesson on trust and faith. you will never know how what you did, affected me both emotionally and financially, not to mention your timing couldn't have been worse for me. in a nutshell, do NOT trust anything they tell you verbally. get it in writing.
