I WOULD NEVER MOVE HERE!!! I WAS NEVER LATE ON MY RENT, NEVER HAD ANY NOISE COMPLAINTS, ETC, HOWEVER WHEN MY BOYFRIEND AND I MOVED OUT, THEY CHARGED US TO REPLACE CARPET STATING THAT IT WAS BEYOND NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR.
MIND YOU, THERE WERE NO BURNS, NO TEARS, NO BLEACH STAINS, NO NOTHING DONE TO THIS CARPET.
BY THE WAY, I TRIED TO DISPUTE IT, BUT I WASN'T NOTIFIED OF THIS ISSUE UNTIL AFTER THEY HAD ALREADY REPLACED IT.
THEY GET YOU TO MOVE INTO THE COMPLEX WITH THEIR MOVING SPECIALS (NO DEPOSIT, NO APP FEE) ONLY TO CHARGE YOU LATER.
BY THE WAY, THEY ALSO REPORTED IT TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS, FOR SOME DAMN CARPET, CAN U BELIEVE''....AGAIN DO NOT RENT FROM THEM OR MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES AND HAVE A WALK THROUGH.

They are horrible people with complaints too. Once anybody complains about you whether it's reasonable or not they don't care to find out. They'll serve you a warning.
