I live here for about 5 years and never had any complains from anybody. Recently there are alot of family with children moved in and they let their kids running around in the street with scooters and bikes in the middle of the street. It's a disaster zone waiting to happen. Any time there's a small storm we have no electric at all for a day and they always blame it on the next door apartment. HORRID PLACE. Irresponsible people are letting their kids run around shouting at night.

After reading this review, I must comment on the electricity going out after a 'small storm' for a day. Usually when a storm comes through the area and the electricity goes out, it is due to something getting struck by lightning. It has never been out for a day since TXU usually responds quickly. When the electricity has gone out, it isn't only us - it's the entire block. If there are problems with parents letting their children run around shouting at night, please call the office, even after hours, so the answering service can notify our courtesy officer. I (the Manager) will get a report about the issue the next morning so then it can be addressed.

I understand the whole block was out but a couple of other buildings are out and we're happened to be one of them. The other building in the same complex has electricity. I'd like to know how that happens.

I have lived here for two years now, and I never see or hear children after the sun goes down. I also take many walks at night around and outside the property and have never seen this. Do you just hate Children???? Children are supposed to play, thats what children do...
