I have lived here for several years now. The apartments are nice, the grounds are kept pretty well, and maintenance is fast to respond. Unfortunately the office staff is not as professional as they once were (since Alyssa the last manager left). The maturity level is around high school level and they really need to learn how to treat long time tenants since that is were apartments make their money - by keeping their tenants! But if you never have to deal with them then I would recommend La Ventura. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
