I lived there for a little over a year. The management that was first there was awesome, no problems whatsoever. Then a new manager came in and that's when the trouble started. They kept getting on to me about a satellite, but wouldn't tell me how to have a satellite set up that would be alright with them. I had some noisy neighbors and some of the new people seemed like they were originally from the ghetto and I felt like I had to make sure I didn't leave anything of value in my car, that's why I moved out. It seemed like Lakeshore was letting anybody and everybody in. But while I was there, nothing happened.
After I moved out, it took them over a year and a half to tell me that I owed them money. I left the apartment spotless. I was able to settle it for less than what they wanted. Everybody will probably have to end up paying something after they move out.
