I second the opinion that they let anyone move is as I have seen some real hood rats (and I worked my butt off to get away from that). You seem them out and about as well as hear booming rap basslines when people drive in.

We have two cars, one primary and one secondary. The secondary's car stereo was stolen and the dasboard torn apart. Since it is the secondary car we dont check on it much as I am on sick leave and roomie drives the primary car.

So the car broken into could have been sitting there for days after the fact. I reported the break-in to the management and then they called back and said that since they could not identify the car owners and it looked like it wasnt running, tags were expired, etc they were in the plans of towing it.

First of all the tags are current. Those people must be blind as the sticker shows the 2005 expiration. Secondly the car does indeed run and has only a few cosmetic dings much less than other clunkers and oil leakers around us. Thirdly I thought the should have been able to identify the owners before they would have taken it upon themselves to tow it as information on our cars was taken when we were going through the application process.

Subsequent requests for a callback from the manager to discuss this issue were not honored, neither did the corporate office respond when we wanted to discuss the matter of their ineptness that would have caused our car to be towed because they couldnt be bothered to check their own paperwork or keep records of cars on the property as we most certainly provided info. We sent a message to the corporate office through their web site.

The property is nice and well kept, the water bills are high as we paid less for water for a *three bedroom/2 bath*. But management sucks and its the best we can afford since I am on leave.

Oh also we once left a voicemail for maintenance that was never addressed and had to call back.
