This is an average place to live. The rent is slightly on the higher side. The security gates are wide open sometimes, though I haven't hear of any cars being stolen or any apartments being broken into. A few parking lots are poorly designed. There is a spot right in front of the building entrance, making it tough for people to enter and there is a good chance people might bang on one of the cars parked in that unfortunate spot. The shrubs are well trimmed for the apartments facing the parking lot, but the ones facing the courtyard are ignored. So sometimes, these shrubs makes its way thru the window. There was this one time when I had ants all over in my patio. When I called the leasing office, I was told they could not get anyone to look at it until the following Thursday. These ants started coming inside the apartment and that was not a pretty site. The laundry facility and gym are good. The lake is dirty though. Not at all maintained.
