Horrible experience! Talk about crime everytime I turn around and the staff doesn't a rat's ass about it! We were here less than a month when my car was stolen and found in Garland caught on fire! I went to the apt complex to let them be aware that this occurred and asked them to post signs to let others be aware of the criminal activity that took place...followed up with them b/c I didn't see anything posted and staff told me that they had to get permission through their legal dept! Whata joke! I mean I don't know what "Crime Alert" posted on the gate means! Come to find out-less than two months later-my neighbor's door was kicked in! The police made them post signs to every apt!For once they decided to let the tenants be aware of the criminal activity taking place around here! This apt looks really nice on the outside but don't let that fool you! Just b/c this apt is located across the street from multi-million dollar homes doesn't change the fact that this apt is creepy and their is criminal activity happening within the complex! They let anyone move in here and all I see are trash surrounding me! We can't wait to get out-can't be soon enough! I've lived in an apt in Dallas and felt more safe! I don't even feel safe staying in the apt without my husband! I have to stay at my parent's house..after all-my neighbor's door was kicked in during the day-who knows what could happen at night! Ugh! By the way-my friend lived in this apt complex about five years ago and her mustang was stolen! Thought it was random. Seems like it is way too common around here! She even laughed at me when I told her that my car was stolen from out my front door! I guess I should have listened! Seedy people all around us!
