Poor Quality Apartments

The walls are really paper thin in these apparments. I stayed on a first floor apartment. I just could not sleep for a couple of days when i moved in... the noise from the top floors is just terrible. You can really hear ppl talk, walk, dance, hump ....
The wood work in the kitchen and bathroom are pathetic.
As if these were not bad enough reasons ... they just increased the rent by $100 at my renewal.
Just made my decision to move out so much more easier.
