Great place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I have lived in a numerous amount of apartments, but this is the first one where they actually care and stood by their policies. 1st impressions are the most important and the curb appeal is great. The staff is great. I leased with Erik and he was really helpful throughout the entire process. He really cares about his job and the residents. Vanessa is also great. Bubbly personality and she has great attention to detail. Erik and Vanessa always greet me with a "Hello" and my first name. The apartments could use some work on the inside, but it has a large amount of space. I like how I get my own parking spot, but they don't have any garages available for people who want them. I will be here for a while
