I've lived here for almost 2 years and am moving out in about a month. I used to like them and never had too many problems. That changed in June when it rained really hard for several days. My bedroom ceiling leaked water and then pieces of it fell to the floor. I called maintenance and they cleaned up the pieces on the floor and said they would call someone to fix the outside before the inside. Ok, I get that. But they never came back to fix the inside. 4 months later it rains hard again. Again, rain comes through the ceiling and more pieces fall on the floor, still not fixed from the first time. I got a note that they cleaned up the floor mess again (which I could have vaccumed myself) and said they would call roof repair again (like they ever did that the first time) and then come fix the inside. One month later I've never heard anyone on the roof fixing it and they still haven't fixed the inside. Thank god I'm moving out.
