Roaches Problems And Garbage everywhere

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I lived in this aparment for almost 2 years and vacated a month ago.I had sever problems with roaches ,somehow they keep coming back even though we did treated them several times but it got worse each time .The apartment does provide garbage pick up
thrice weekly under the stair case ,so there is garbage in the hallways and sometimes at doorsteps.We have been robbed and so our neighbors also even though they have gated community.The laudry machines are always out of order.Don't go near the lake ,the lake stinks.They do not clean the lake.
