I just signed a 13 month lease again. Maintenence is awesome, management always responds quickly, grounds are kept clean, neighbors are nice, its close to everything.
Downsides...a little noisy from upstairs and the lake is getting a little stale around the edges.
All in all for an apartment...its great. Glad I live here and yes I have had ants(they came to spray only two days later!) I had a toilet back up(they were here in 15 minutes) There was noise from upstairs (they tore out the subfloor and fixed it within 2 weeks)I told Eric my gate remote didnt always work(He right then put in a new battery on the spot)
There will always be things to complain about no matter where you live but this managment has made my first apartment rental wonderful.
