We were so excited to move into Lakeside. What a disappointment this has been.

1 . I feel like I live with my neighbors. The walls and floors are so thin I can tell you everytime someone walks across the room or turns on a television.
2. Parking is horrindous. We were told that parking is conrolled but in the 9 months that we have lived here we have yet to see anyone's car tagged or towed. Living on the lower level of a shared garraged usually translates into parking on the top floor.
3. Common area maintance. I don't think that the management team has a clue about how to maintain a property. Which makes me wonder: What am I paying for if not a basic service'
4. Receiving packages has never been this bad at any property that I've lived in. They are thrown into a store room and you're on your own to locate your packages. Hopefully, everyone is as honest as you and only grabs their own package.
