I moved to Dallas about a year and a half ago, by myself, into an efficiency I had never seen. I was so happy to realize that I had the most wonderful and generous neighbors in an environment that I never thought I would see. My first initial thought was crap I am living in this rich neighborhood that nobody would ever talk to me. I realized it was a totally different story. My neighbors have become some of my best friends, some having moved on to their own homes but always remembering me. When I first came here I had a wonderful manager that would help me out with any concerns I had, explaining or helping work through any matters that came up. The maintenance crew is awesome. Though sometimes I can tell it may be overwhelming which may be difficult for such a large complex, they still go above and beyond to please you. Everything, including the utilities, pleased me because they were never too high. Fortunately, I have no complaints.
