After living in Texas for 5 months I can easily say that I regret my decision to live at Lakeside at Legacy Village.
1. Management - unorganized, rude and clueless about policies and procedures. Each staff member tells you what they "think" to be true. Once they find out they are wrong, they blow it off as mis-communication and offer no apology or suggestion to rectify the situation. Please know this extends to the corporate offices.
2. Parking - what a joke! I live on a lower level and find myself consistantly parking on th 4th floor or higher due to the people who don't live there but take up the spaces on the lower levels.
3. My neighbor - I hear everytime she walks across the floor, excercises and can even hear her phone vibrate.
4. Maintenance - will come to your apartment unannounced and leave a mess to let you know they were there.
