I've had nothing but problems when I moved in. No shower head, water pressure was low and little hot water to the shower. I had issues with my storage. I worked with dana and monique. They both were always pleasant and had a room of people waiting to be helped. Dana had a maintenance person install a showerhead before I got back to my apartment. My storage issue was quickly resolved the next day (I moved in late on Sat). The hot water pressure took several days to fix but the maintenance guys came everyday until the issue was fixed (They even came on a weekend). Parking is an issue but you just learn to live with it. I don't know about the other complaints on this site but i'm very happy in the promptness of the leasing staff and the determination of the maintenance crew. I've been in the leasing office many times and never experienced a rude staff member.

I posted this a while back before UDR flew in on their broom and made living here a nightmare. I know several friends that are currently living here that also plan to move out.
