I have never written a review on anything, but this place deserves one! I have had an ongoing mold problem in my bathroom for the past 4 months. After spraying it with clorox 4 or 5 times, they decided to pull out the cabinets and found serious black mold. I was told to vacate my apt for 4 days, upon returning I found pieced together cabinets which were cut out of another unit being updated for handicapped capability concerns. This was to be temporary but 4 months later they have not been changed and the mold smell remains. In the meantime, they lost the master key to my apt and I was never notified. Eventually they changed the lock but left a deadbolt lock that was too small for the cutout and it could have easily been popped out. This took about 3 weeks to get replaced. I could go on and on. Nothing good to say, the noise level is unreal, there is animal waste and trash everywhere, parking is bad. If you want to live in legacy village, post village is a much nicer, safer and quiet property, I should have stayed there!! This property recently sold but for now, don't rent here! It's too expensive for what you get!!!
