I've been here three months and I love it. the grounds are kept clean and the people are pretty friendly. You are within walking distance of a starbucks and a local bakery, not to mention the Angelika (sp') theatre. This place is majority full of younger people, but offers things for all types of people. if you want a affordable place to live with little hassle I would highky recommend Legacy Vllage.
