Office staff is not very friendly From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   We are residents at these apartments and are looking to move. The office staff was unfriendly (except one person who was great, but we didn't get a chance to always deal with him) and the manager was never willing to assist or fix the problem. Maintenance requests are either dismissed - no one comes out or if someone does come - the work is half way done. We stopped trying to place a request...It seems that the staff has changed now and we haven't really had any experience dealing with them, but they don't seem too friendly either during the times we had to go to the office and talk to them. Parking is terrible - your guests must parallel park outside the building. Residents park inside the complex - designated parking area, but if you get home after 7:00PM - you'd have to park far because all the spots are already taken - literally all but one or two. Three floors and no elevators - drag your groceries all the way to your floor if you're on 2nd or 3d floor the distance you must walk if you get home late. Very nice and convenient area, nice building - much better floor plans than POST Properties - which are right across the street, but prices are kind of high still. Nice landscaping, have gym and tiny pool, but building a phase 2 with another bigger pool and a club house. But if the office doesn't 'like' you - they will show you by the correspondence and their conduct that they don't like you - like erroneously messing things up and saying you did things that you didn't do and etc...But just like any apartments - you never get 100% of what you want, so I guess I'd rate this one an average for customer service and even though high in price, but I'd rate them much higher than average for the floor plans and great location.
