Great Apartments, Staff Underemployed

I have lived here for awhile now. There are a few things you need to know before you move here. There are many pro's and con's that I will cover in this review. I will start with the positives. First off these apartments rock! They are realy cool. 12 foot ceilings, granite, wood floors (opitional) they are just beautiful. This place is really safe. Great part of town, plus you have security digital entry doors before you even get into your own apartment! The gym is great, not need for a membership anywhere. Free weights and all here. Pool - really cool and great hours (anytime you want to go you can) babes galore out there! Location is great. You are right in the middle of "shops of legacy" great restaurants and shops. Fairly good nightlife (if you are single, the nightlife is not for you.) Awesome theater (Angelika theater) plays indepedent films you really can't see anywhere else. Everything is within walking distance! Now for a few cons.
CONSTRUCTION! If you like sleeping in, you are going to hate this place. They are constantly building more apartments. They even make you sign a release form saying you cant leave b/c of construction noise! Another complaint would have to be the office help. It is not their fault that they don't give excellent customer service, they are simply under-employed. Trying to call the office is hell. You will never get through. You just get direcected to a message center and never receive call backs. Also, most all of my packages are delivered to the office. I put my address but UPS still drops it off in office. This is a pain becuse someties you never know you even have a package in the office. And once you find out, you are going to have to fish throuh hundreds of other packages! The staff is kinds still trying to get the hang of things, but they seem to know you after one visit. They really make you fill at home. It is also really easy to make friends here. There is a kickass club house that houses pool, table hockey and air hockey. Also you can take drinks inside and throw a minature party! Parking is great, Plenty of it! This place is 1 minute from toll-way. You can get to addison in about 10 mins and Dallas in about 20. Pretty excellent if you ask me. This place is really close to Campisis'. Great Pizza, try it.
