Your neighbors are not a bunch of snot nosed college grads looking to party the weekend away. Instead, everyone is very respectful. I have never been awoken once i have gone to bed. I awake very rested. I cannot say that for the last complex in which i resided. The management staff is extremely friendly and facilitate all request promptly. These guys (and gals) are more like friends than property managers. They will call you by name when they see in the community -- pretty rare in my expirence. The maintenance staff is probably the fastest responding crew i have ever seen. I personally witnessed the maintenance crew save my building from untold water damage by shutting down a sprinkler system that had been activated due to a careless resident--get this it was after office hours!!! They also try to promote a feeling of community and try to facilitate socilization by introducing you to other residents and by having speacial events about once a month -- these are the best because they provide free alcohol and food in a cool location in which to meet your neighbors. While laying by the pool i hear others complain about the "above standard rent" -- well somethings you just cannot put a price upon. I am happy to pay a little more for the service and social expirences i have received here. I would recommend legacy village to any responsible friend of mine. O.K. ,now for the -----, the pool radio needs to be fixed and maybe a few more chairs. BTH gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
