Legacy Village
< | >
I lived in Legacy Village for 2 years. They tell you that they replace the carpet for the new tenants, which they do. However, after you've lived in a unit for 1 year and move out they charge you to replace the carpet (even though it's something they replace anyway). Expect to get no deposit back and to owe something. Watch out for Pet Fees. There is no way in hell you'll get back the 50% refundable part. Watch out for electric bills too- poor insulation makes your bill about $100 over the normal. Have a dog' good luck finding grass. Have friends that visit' good luck finding parking. Like being by the pool' you won't when you see the white trash parties. Like stalkers' good, they have one.
I say, keep away.

Exactly how I feel after living there for 9 months! We got our apartment professionaly cleaned, it was perfect! And they made up all these lies and wont give us a penny back. Our apartment was spotless!
