This place is awsome. Sure you have some rude neibors, But all and all the place is very clean and the maintenance is top notch. Just the convenience of walking to places like jaspers, rice box, sals pizza etc to eat is well worth it. Dont listen to what some of these others tell you come check it out for yourself. It is the place to be. If your single. $$
