Dont get me wrong, I loved the location and the apartment we lived for over 2 years. Unfortunately, you will be remembering the worst and it is a staff. After the original staff left in 2003-04 you would never get a straight answer from anyone. Parking is a disaster and I almost got into fight for a slot that was not even close to my apartment. Noise never ends and the later in the night the more louder it gets. The trashy pool parties you can avoid by going to 2nd smaller pool. Moving out and getting the final balance was a horror on its own. After paying over $1K months ago we still getting notice of balance not being paid.

moving out resident: have to say he's right... Its luv at first sight but then u figure out it aint that tight!
