I recently had some serious issues with another tennant threatening me, and the staff was fantastic. I felt very protected by both the security officer and the manager of the apartment complex. That same day they resolved the issue by evicting the resident (it was the third violation in his file). Every time I have had a problem, it has been resolved without hesitation. All of the complaining about the staff seems to be coming from the residents that end up being evicted for one reason or another. The only problems that I have had here have been disrespectful neighbors. The pool and the gym are both wonderful, and I enjoy every minute I am here! I am going to sign another lease as soon as this one is up. Hopefully, the girlfriend of the resident that threatened me will move out and I won't have to worry about that issue anymore!
