Beautiful, but cheap construction

The units are beautiful and we love the location, but beware.
The construction on these units is HORRIBLE. We can hear our neighbors?? conversations and the thin flooring makes it sound like we have a herd of elephants living above us.
In addition, our energy bill is EXTREMELY high even with energy efficient appliances due to non-existent insulation. I would agree with previous reviewers that some office staff members are horrible to work with. Bottom-line: Don??t fall in love with the surface - there are better places out there.
