I am an apartment locator so I know ALOT about the properties in the DFW metroplex. I am extremely picky about where I live and would have to say this is my favorite apartment to date. I know some of you complain about noise but maybe you just have a very noisy neighbor. My apartment is very quiet. Remember you are in an apartment, not a single family home. You will hear some noise. As far as the staff goes, there are some great people here. If you have encountered someone rude, just remember there are always bad apples. You will deal with that in a A Class property or a complete dump. I feel that the prices here are very reasonable for what you are getting. Here you having everything at your fingertips such as dining, theater and upscale bars. To top it all of they are builing tons more across the street. My only complaints would be adequate parking and lighting. My overall experience here has been awesome and I will not be moving for a long time.

I agree with Catherine, parking would be the only thing which we always can park in the garage and take a little walk.
