-Parking is a nightmare (changed 5 times b/c of management).
-Constant construction 6:45am-7pm(they give no $ breaks b/c of noise, there is a construction clause in your lease!)
-It's dirty, b/c of construction and people who don't clean up after dogs.
-People let their dogs poop,pee,throw up in the halls and courtyards.
-Management could care less if you walked in & passed out in the office. They would still stay on the phone....or their cell phone. Only if they need something.....
-Horrible construction. I can hear everything, included sexcapades and the upstairs toilet flushing. I have a box fan constantly running for white noise.
-Elevator sucks, no ventilation and half the time doesn't work, or people are moving.
-Poor construction does not help electricity bill.
Can't wait to get out and pay less for something just as crappy. And I have lived all over the metroplex, biggest disappointment yet!
