What is it with you guys why must everyone through dirt on Legacy Village. I have lived there for 2 years and have never had a problem. did you ever think that the problem might be you. You know they say that life is what you make it. Be happy, smile a little. and to pin point one person in particular and use there name is very very hateful no matter what.

I admit, that in my frustration after speaking with a particular person one day I did not read the rules thouroughly about posting names, and I will not do that again. However, I clearly said that I love living at Legacy Village but that the office staff is very scattered. I have six friends that live here also and think the same thing. This is a board to post information for consumers about a business, there is nothing mean in warning other potential consumers about one particular staff member who does not provide good service. The problem is not with me in this instance, every time I have spoken with her she has been argumentative for no reason, and each time she has been wrong in her arguements. I won't waste the space to give the examples, but I don't understand why she can't simply tell a CUSTOMER (that is me) that she will try and find out what the problem is instead of immediately arguing with them.

whats with u and defending these a holes!!!! the problem is not from me when the maintenance mofo wont show up after i reported problems with my cabinet water damage and door panel fallin apart a few times during a course of more than 1 month!!!! huh whats with u doin so ...aint u family with them staff?!?!! u sound just like one of them and just cuz u have enough money to afford ur personal garage or your lifestyle is in a way that u barely take ur car for a ride other than during day...thats your problem an apt compex should meet everyones needs! not just those who only think about living close to whole buncha severly over crowded bars and shops! u have to wait ona weekend nigth for more than an hour in line for a damn martini shot..it will be much faster if u run an errand downtown and get one over there!

yes, everyone must throw dirt on legacy village. i have lived here for 3 years...only because it is close to work and i hate moving. the staff has favorites (the ones they go out and drink with in the shops every night) and doesnt give a crap about anyone else...PARKING sucks unless you live in the oldest 2 (A & B) of about 12 buildings or have an unfinished garage for $85 a month....as for the "AMENITIES"....there are not enough chairs at the pool on the weekends unless you get out there at 9 am...ive even seen some at the bottom of the pool....which explains why almost half of them are broken....then you have the trash at the pool...most of the people eat and drink at the pool...im all for it if they had more trash cans...there is one small one that is always overflowing...you walk in the gate and you have empty beer cans at your feet...but the trash problem doesnt stop at the pool...i cant even throw away my junk mail at the trash can outside my building because its always overflowing... then you have the gym....its very nice if you can squeeze in there... dont even think about going in there between 5pm and 8 pm....on top of that, people have their personal trainers in there....an apt gym is not the place for that....if you are that serious or need that much help working out, you should go to a big gym....above the gym there is a nice club house....it would be great for a party...if you were allowed to rent it out (there is no way to reserve it so there could be more than one event planned)....last ill tell you about my APARTMENT...i got a great special when i moved in...that all ended when i renewed my lease. i had to pay market rent which is more than $1.50 per square foot...this is not a loft in downtown or uptown....were almost in frisco...they did offer me a free carpet cleaning....that never happened...i asked about it for a couple months and then gave up...empty promises....legacy village is full of them....its the same way when it comes to maintenance....they pretty much just dont care unless its something thats going to damage the property like water leaking...if you need new light bulbs...forget it...just go buy them yourself....its not worth the time and effort...im moving as soon as my lease is up...id rather drive an hour to work than live here.
