O.K, for the very first month, the place looks great and the area is very nice. After second month you will find out that you are throwing your money in a river. Finding parking (especially weekends) is challenging here, you have to be lucky to find a space most of the nights. There is no maintenance, nobody actually CARE what your apartment condition is. Broken things will be fixed by chance not by schedule. Staff is so irresponsible about the current residents ((certainly, they love the new comers$$$)).They are just having fun in the office and collecting rents and high water/ trash charges. Laundry room is always messy and dirty. If you like your money and want to be happy in your apartment go shop around, I m sure there are plenty of better choices for you. Don t come here, and if you like to enjoy your time PLEASE DON T COME HERE.
