**NOT RECOMMENDED RENTER BEWARE - VERY BAD BUSINESS**

im going to be simple and just explain my experience and will leave the decision to u

1. Customer service is very careless (water Damages to cabinet due to bad sink design reported more than 3 weeks ago, and no sign of any reaction to my report and complaint) they sent nobody to take care of it

2.this is while they raised the rent not even 3 months ago

3.PARKING is a pain in the butt here... if u get home from a club at 2 am on a weekend when u r probably drunk and tired u have to find a park spot 2 streets away by the lake (if u r lucky) the block specific parkings are not even close to adequate... even during the weeknights they are all full by 9 or 10 pm...

4.Laundry room is just like a ghetto laundry room... no baskets no seats and only 3 washing machines and 2 dryers for a whole neighbourhood... usually u have to wait till ppl come and get their clothes or u have to throw it on the ground (a plastic basket affixed to ground wont cost even 20 bucks) and btw u have to drive thru CITY streets literally to get to your laundry room and office and not your apt complex streets

5.There is no controlled access to the parkings and there is no security guard either
so if your $50'000 ride gets jacked or vandalized for any reason by the time u get to your vehicle the suspects could be on their way home on the highway!

6.if u have guests coming over there is no remote way to open the doors to the building for them... u have to walk 3 stories down and open the door for them! (if they find a parking spot close to nearest entrance otherwise for the sake of respect u have to go on a 5 minute walk!

7.there are some apartments on the first floor having small front yards and some neighbours keep barking dogs during day in the yard (i aint got a problem with dogs in general but since im pissed at them i have to let who ever is reading this review know about it)

8. There is almost nothing to landscape (i only know of a few spots with grass or flowers the rest are ugly looking trees in the parking lot!

**NOT RECOMMENDED RENTER BEWARE - VERY BAD BUSINESS**

HAHAHA. First of all, get an education and learn proper grammar. Don't post here and make yourself sound like a complete idiot. Secondly, they cannot raise your rent until you RENEW your lease. You have a choice to stay or go! Third, there most definitely IS remote access to let your guests in. You have to call the office and ask them to add your name and phone number to the REMOTE ACCESS POINT AT YOUR BUILDING. Fourth, lease a washer and dryer for God's sake. If it is such a pain in the ass for you to use the "ghetto" laundry room, shut up and pay 35 dollars a month and RENT one. Again, all you have to do is call the office and ask. Fifth: Parking is adequate if you chose to move into a building with a parking garage attached. Again, your choice. Otherwise you are most likely assigned a parking spot! And, drinking and driving is illegal, you idiot. You are probably one of those people who has caused many of the late night accidents around here. Sixth: Honestly, who cares about the landscaping. You live in an APARTMENT. If you want perfect landscaping go and buy yourself a house. How can you keep landscaping perfect when thousands of people live on the property? You can't. The landscaping is much, much better than most places. In conclusion, GET OVER YOURSELF & move if you are that unhappy. :)

What's REALLY funny is not the reviewer's use of grammar that makes me not want to live there now. (Especially since I am pretty sure he/she was doing it for humor purposes that were clearly lost on you). As a prospective renter, it is the fact that someone from the MANAGEMENT of a professional leasing company would come on here and call one of their residents THAT PAYS THEM RENT EACH MONTH an "idiot" and say such nasty things that makes me not want to live there. If you were trying to defend your property, you did just the opposite and made it even more unattractive. Your post was more disturbing than an actual valid defense. In short, I hope they pay you well.

LOL its obvious the first reply was done by management- who LOVES their apartment complex that much to spend all that time to write a repsonse (angry) to the review? LOL pathetic

I'm not in management, I live here, and I was thinking the exact same things the first poster articulated. So yeah, I like it here. The weight room is great.
