The new managment is AWFUL!!! Do NOT move here...prob won't have any trouble NOT moving to Legacy Village Apts because NO ONE calls back anyway!! They don't even answer the phone half the time!!! So if you do end up getting an apt here don't expect any service!!

The staff is rude to existing residents, and have no idea (even though they have been there since April) what is going on over there. Thought about renewing my lease, but then no one ever called me back! Typical. Don't count on maintenance, they don't know what they are doing or don't come out. Asked them to fix my garbage disposal...took them 3 times and 2 months to get it done.

If you want a safe place to live, this is NOT it. None of the gated doors work. They are all broken so they don't even lock. The hallways are always filled with trash. Dogs barking at night from residents that leave them outside. Don't even count on maitence.

Parking is a pain. No one moniters the parking lot (which is very small) for people that don't have permits. So it is always full at night with non-residents, and they don't do anything about it.

Hallways are always filled with trash over a weekend. Walls, doors, doorways are scratched...need repainted. Embarassing to bring over guests!!

I just moved out of this complex a couple of weeks ago. (Like others have said ...the place has been clearing out like crazy lately-(September 08) Don't know when I will ever get my deposit back, because like I said NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK!! And when you complain about it they are nasty and say the person is "TOO BUSY!!" They aren't too busy to TAKE OUR MONEY!!

Don't do it to yourself!! There are better apts at Shops at Legacy (Post or Northside)!!

Oh...and the owners of Legacy Village Apts also own Lakeside...BEWARE!
