I just recently moved out. I know every staff at every apt complex sucks. Theyre all over zealous and friendly until they get their commission check then they act like they hate everyone that exists and you peed on their new shoe. After apartment life I am used to the bitter old hags that run apartment complexes BUT the people in the office there were the same but add on a side of snob and fake tits and that sums it up. Theyre the most unhelpful people that have ever lived.
It always took a few days to get stuf fixed and lord parking was a pain in the butt. I would come home and want to strangle all of the bmw and hummer owners of the neighborhood taking up 3 to 4 spaces because their car was more important that anyone elses.
EVERY night you could hear parties going on at the hotel across the street. People would get drunk at martini park and then throw up in the elevator. Drunk, careless, and sometimes naked people would end up outside my window or in the halls of the apartments.
If you have money to blow, don't need any space or privacy, and want to deal with a stuck up leasing office go for it. Just look around though.

If you had any idea what it was like to work at an apartment property, I think you would change your tune. 300 residents, constant complaining, constant "issues" that are out of our control. Once we have accomplished accomodating high maintenance residents, a thank you is quite rare. A leasing office can not control rude residents that take up 3 parking spaces or vomit in the elavator. Why did you move to the Shops at Legacy if you were not prepared to hear "partying"? Good luck EVER being satisfied with a property.
