I have lived here for a little over 6 months and I couldn't be happier. I recieved a great deal when i moved in, the best one that I was able to find anywhere. Everytime i walk into the office I'm greeted with nothing but hellos and smiles from the staff. If a cal is made to maintence they usually get there the same day. I live by myself and i feel like it was a very safe place to move in to.

How is your parking situation? Did you shop around for other apartments of comparable size? Odds are, if you did, you would find that Legacy Village is roughly 15%-20% more than any other apartments in the area.

I believe this individual could possibly be part of the staff or could possibly be one of the loud, obnoxious, over sized dog owners, inconsiderate high volume music playing cigarette thumper while in the garage, or I finally got my 1st apartment on my own, or possibly in an ethnic group that can't believe that they got approved to live here, or just maybe this individual was paid to write it. This place is way over rated! Hopefully, I will be able to get out before it turn into the skillman/audelia area or spring valley/coit area.

So from your response you must be the non-staff, quiet, calm, dog hating, considerate low volume music playing, cigarette hating, 5th time apartment renting loser that can't afford a house, racist -------. Hopefully you will get out so that I don't have to live amongst uptight ------- such as yourself.
