Great location if you don't mind the live concerts by the shops, during weeknights! Too loud to even have windows open. Something management never bothered to mention. Parking is horrible, if you're lucky enough to get a spot in the garage hope your car doesn't get keyed like others have. Maintence crew are idiots, riding around on carts or standing around smoking(very classy). Great when they leave your apartment smelling like smoke. Make sure you have all questions answered from management before you sign a lease, because once they have your money you'll be lucky to ever get a call back, and if you do they are very rude. Do not move here unless you want to deal with a nightmare!!
