As I've lived here, I've changed my mind about the property, the new management, in particular a certain person in the office (I'm not sure they still work here, I avoid because of horrible rudeness), they don't care if things get taken care of, for instance carpenter ants in the walls coming in from outside. They will not take care of this and its not a "cleanliness issue" Yes its nature, however it can be handled. Fire ants in one of my neighbors closets... coming up through a crack in the foundation...THIS is a problem, and as for the bug spraying, whoever said that they come weekly... they don't do that unless you call them weekly! The rent prices are dropping and I will be either moving or getting lower rent! I have called the police several times about questionable people out wandering in the middle of the night that seem to be lingering, I quickly walk the dog and go back inside. There's no reason to be out at 3am on a week day unless you are walking a dog, leaving or coming home from work, or going to the airport! The gates have a hard time working it seems, because they are either stuck shut or never close, so whats the point in having a gated community.
